“We had the most thoughtful, personalized, understanding service here. We came in looking to create a custom leather couch for our new home. Nick Hartmann was totally professional and respectful, and listened very carefully to both our needs and our limitations. He probably explained the difference between different kinds of cushions at least five or six times, because we were a bit slow (?) and he wanted to ensure we understood all our options. He helped us find the maximum level of comfort for both of us, although there’s a 7 inch height difference between us! He also offered a solution to a space limitation we had. We had a wonderful experience and are very happy we spent our money at a third generation small business offering quality and personalized service.
