The store was great with helpful crew and kind folk. Guys received wonderful service and pricing, with a basic choice of on shelf products and a great selection of electrical supplies. Prices were good and quality of stocked parts was good. The crew helped find tiny parts, gave a lovely discount and made sure the correct size wipers were given. But trouble with an order and a wrong phone number was sorted out in the end. Guys will recommend the location and coming back.
Had RV battery issues - Parts manager Darcy and everyone else I've had dealings with (for various parts etc.) at Lordco Auto Parts Nanaimo on Terminal has been very good to deal with on every level - hence the 5 out of 5 score.

The staff at this location are amazing. Big shout out to the staff member Wayne for taking the time to walk me through the parts I needed for my vehicle needs and also provided extra knowledge to complete my fix faster! Thank you Wayne!
