“My family & I have been a customer of this store for decades & love the customer service given. Val always asked about our wee dog when we didn't bring him in. I am shocked to hear some people didn't feel there was good customer service. I have always felt like family there. Great neighbourhood store. Shop local!”

“I went in for a gift card for my sister-in-law's birthday. It's one of her favorite place to shop. There was a bit of a wait, no biggie. The cashier apologized for the wait, I said no worries... less than 30 seconds later, I was out the door and on my way. Thank you so much 🧡”

“Only thing that would make this better is a bigger room and a coffee shop. It was lovely to pet the kitties and they have a lot of cute stickers, pins, and things for your cat. It was purrfect.”
