“Amazing customer service! One day I got a tank and used it then wanted to substitute it I talked to the manager and they did it for me gracefully. Now I sent an email to their customer service asking if they do euthanasia and they replied with a long compassionate and empathetic email and even offered me a 25$ gift card to make things easier for me (note I bought the fish over 1.5 years ago)”

“I went in for a gift card for my sister-in-law's birthday. It's one of her favorite place to shop. There was a bit of a wait, no biggie. The cashier apologized for the wait, I said no worries... less than 30 seconds later, I was out the door and on my way. Thank you so much 🧡”
