About PetSmart
PetSmart is the world's largest pet supply and services retailer, offering over 10,000 products in stores and online to meet all of your pet's needs. The store provides a varied selection to cover the needs of dogs, cats, birds, fish, amphibians, reptiles, and several breeds of small animals. Customers can shop online and pick up at their local PetSmart within two hours. Select store locations offer dog training, pet grooming, pet boarding, PetSmart Doggie Day Camp, and adoption services. Reviews mention that the staff is friendly, dedicated, and flexible, and the store is generally clean. However, some concerns were raised about the care of fish, particularly the betta fish racking system, which may not provide adequate water conditions and filtration.
