I want to say thank you to Natalie at this store. She took very good care of me when I had an issue with a pair of boots. Wonderful customer service and powerful west coast vibes—prolonged exposure will have you drinking craft beer and listening to indie rock if you're not careful. Thomas (I think) was awesome and helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
