I whent in there to buy an outfit but since I out a $100 per day limit on my debit card and the outfit was about $45 and I'd already been shopping elsewhere, I had to go grab cash. they willingly put my outfit on hold for me and even wrote my name and some stars and smileys on my bag! ??”

She really knows her fashion and is very good at suggesting the correct clothing that suits you. Anna has very nice staff whom are also very helpful and friendly. “A typical Esdie Bauer store in a mall. While I was there, they had sales on that were the same as what is available on line. The difference is that I was able to try stuff on right there. I have bought on line and from Eddie Bauer stores so for most items, I know what size fits me best. I always check the Clearance section and have found some good deals there. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”

“I was in the store on a Saturday(May 10th 2025) The store was incredibly busy. The change rooms were full and long lines. I have to say the staff was working so hard! All the ladies were doing such a great job buzzing around the store, offering to help customers and helping each other keep store tidy and stocked up. The lady in the change room was run off her feet, I cannot remember her name, but she was exceptional! So incredibly busy, but smiling and talking to all customers keeping them happy while they wait. This lady was doing a great job!!”
