I love, love, love this store, so many of my wardrobe staples and fun outfits come from here and I hope it sticks around for a long time! “I have purchased both the bamboo pocket leggings and a few of the bamboo pocket hoodies over the last few years. The fit of both are great and they definitely hold up to multiple wearings and washings. I am happy to pay more for ethically made quality clothes, in the long run they last so much longer you get your moneys worth. Customer service is great too, when I ordered the wrong size they swapped it out for me right away, no problem!!”

“Despite the terrible location, the store is probably my favourite Gap store in the entire area. They have clothing my size and the prices were VERY reasonable. Closer to what I've gotten used to living in Asia. The lines were long but they fired up more tills to handle it quicker. The staff were pleasant and helpful.”

“Went wedding dress shopping here and I was so appreciative of the sales consultant who was very attentive without being pushy and gave me a great discount that was closer to my budget. Everyone loved my dress and it looked very stunning in photos. However, I noticed after the wedding that the buttons on the back of my dress didn’t match the rest but it’s not noticeable unless you’re close up.They will suggest their sister store, Nuvon’s bridal for alterations where defects are overlooked and hemming to them means cutting the dress without taking measurements. Will write a review there separately.”

“I have been shopping at the SPCA Thrift Store, New West for over 2 years.I regularly receive a warm greeting!The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unlike a lot of thrift stores, there is no weird smell when you enter the store.I mentioned my observation to the owner and found out things are washed and ironed or steamed. Everything is clean.I continuously manage to find more than I planned on…going home with many purchases such as clothing, kitchen items, shoes and so much more.I highly recommend checking it out. It’s a wonderful way of getting great quality items for a fraction of the cost of new!”
