I am so impressed by Robert's Customer skills, he knows his place, I had to exchange some items what my Sister had purchased for me in Mr. Big & Tall in Calgary 10208 Macleod Trail (I wrote a review about that store) and I explained what I use looking to do, Robert listened, did not interrupt. When I was finished with what I had to say, I ask Robert what he thought and he immediately started to explain what he would be able to help, WOW! what a difference. Yes, this review is about Robert, and I was so impressed with his conduct, manner, and professionalism that I have to write this review, for Robert, who has wonderfully earned it!It was a joy to watch and be a part of a mature professional employee who loved his job and truly cared about me, a Customer. Robert was simply amazing, I would look at ties which I purchased 3 beautiful ties, I asked Robert about the ties I was looking at and I ask him for his view, he was gracious and thoughtful in his reply, and it made me see that he was correct and I bought based on his wonderful answer.My Wife mentioned a shirt that she thought would be a nice colour, Robert stopped what he was doing and when to a part of the store where there was a display of shirts, which I had already looked, Robert, knowing his store and stock in seconds showed me the shirt (dress) that my Wife had mentioned, and I had already stated what size I was looking for. In Robert's hands was the dress shirt in the right colour, the right size, amazing salesmanship, truly world class!I told Robert that I had already looked for the dress shirt there but I could not find my size, Robert was very calm and reassuring that he knew all the stock and when my Wife mentioned the Dress shirt, he, in his mind, knew that he had that shirt, in that size, who cannot be impressed with a professional Store Manager who knows his store this well, very, very impressive Robert, very impressive indeed!!When we finished our shopping, which included buying a suit, which Robert measured me for and he was very skilled and extremely pleasant to speak with. Robert is a delight man and a treasure that the Management of Mr. Big & Tall must look after and keep. “I bought my dress here for my elopement, unfortunately the satin material did not hold up and before I could wear it, was falling apart at the seams.Mike the manager, went out of his way to go to the park royal store before my wedding and bring it to Coquitlam for me, only to find it too had the same issue.Not only did he help me exchange it for something else I loved, but he and the girl working fits (she was only a week old employee) went out of their way to make sure I found something I loved.He apologized endlessly for something that wasn’t his fault and literally went to another store for me and my wedding.As someone who used to work in retail, I know how little the pay is for the high demand of work - and he still went out of his way.Make this man your regional manager or promote him at head office. He’s a legend.”

“During my recent visit to this location, I had one of the best experiences in recent memory in a customer service setting. I was greeted immediately when I walked in, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure they found what I was looking for. I even ended up purchasing some items that I didn’t necessarily think I needed until the staff were able to show me the variety of options when it comes to accessorizing my outfit. “Uniqlo is a good clothing store with a high quality range of apparels..for all ages & genders. Unlike Uniqlo stores in other countries, taxes are levied in Canada..which increases the price of goods. Uniqlo should absorb all Taxes in Canada to keep in par wth the trend in other countries. Overall a good store”
