After many, many years, I finally purchased a pair of jeans, and Brianne made the experience so positive and enjoyable. She listened with empathy and compassion, gave me her full attention, and provided honest, thoughtful advice without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. These days it is not common for staff to come and say hello, so I really liked it. Alison helped me find the clothes I wanted, and Mark gave me suggestions about what to wear with my clothing style.
