No more piles of boxes in the isles and the best no more rudeness old management was so rude to customers you feel very welcome when you come in they greet you if you’re looking for something they’re happy to assist in finding it for you, I recommend anybody that’s had a bad experience in the past to give the store a try again, you’ll be ultimately surprised this is definitely gonna be my new dollar store”

Super nice and low pressure, and left us alone to look around. We were able to purchase and pickup the couch the same day. The warehouse staff were equally nice and friendly. “I'm a landscape manager for Mandy's Spring Nursery, we purchased a fire bowl from Solus for a customer. The entire ordering, receiving, installation, and after the sale process has been excellent. Product came very well protected in the crate and in perfect condition, as expected but always great to have things go well. Very simple to install due to the way the fire bowl is assembled, simply had to hook it up to the gas line with the line it came with. Easy to adjust the flame height and look of them by adjusting the position of the stones that came with it. Overall very pleased with the company and the product, we will highly recommend them to future customers who are looking for outdoor fire features.”

“Crystal Glass Burnaby is a great place for your glass repair needs. They are honest, very friendly and professional people. They diagnosed my car window leak quickly and discovered my window was in perfectly fine condition, not the cause of water leaking into interior of vehicle. I strongly recommend going here if your in the Burnaby/new west area. Its hard to find honest, reliable and friendly service these days. They will be getting my business in the near future for glass repair or replacement.”

“Shopping at DeSerres at Grandview is always an amazing experience. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and all the merchandise is very well organized. However my experience today exceeded even these high standards. The gentleman that helped me pick out some oil paint supplies today (dec/30/23) was incredible!! I felt like it was an art lesson along with an amazing product knowledge seminar delivered in the most approachable fashion. I moved here from Toronto a couple of years ago and I have been missing the amazing art supplies stores there, however now I feel that I have found my new fav store right here in Vancouver :) I highly recommend it!”

“I’m impressed with their customer service. I bought a couch from them. Three months ago and upon delivery the legs were broken, and over three months later the couch became almost unusable. They sent somebody to my house within a week of me bringing it to their attention, and fixed the couch completely, I paid $1600 for a down filled sectional which I think was a good price”

The staff was able to answer all of my questions and actually gave me ideas to make my quilt even better! I bought some lovely printed fabric and cannot wait to finish up my project.
