My sofa bed order was put in with errors x 2. The initial employee who put in order was indifferent and not really listening. Manager contacted me twice due to system error. Hopeful couch comes on time and without issues but my confidence is not high

Beware the returns! Read the fine print. For large items, you will be dinged 15% restocking fee. On $1000 purchase you are losing $ 150.ALSO, you are returning your item to the Aniscis island warehouse. Do not think this is Costco or London drugs or any other customer-centered business.
