“It is a convenient location to pick up and drop off packages. I've dropped off packages at this location many times and staff have been very helpful. One time staff member gave me really great advice on an item I was returning to Amazon to the US with a prepaid label and no declaration stating that the item would likely be lost and not returned as no return address was on the label either. Another time they helped me pack and ship a large suitcase. Overall great service shipping wise.

One time they offered to print me my label for a Canada Post package I was taking accross the street and I thought it was free and they were doing me a favor, however, once they printed it they charged me for it. I was quite disappointed with this hence I knocked down my review to 4 stars.”

“Feb 11 2026- I am so glad I found this place that has been here for years! They handle all mail and packaging services you need. Mirna (hope I spelled correctly) was so kind and informative when sending via Puralator. I highly recommend you come to this location for all your sending and other service needs! Mailbox rentals are also available and much more! They have this next level coffee maker if you want to skip the drive thru line and want a premium latte or americano too! I definitely will be back! “I had never shipped packages through anyone but Canada Post, but thought I would try through FedEx. The young man who assisted me was so patient with me and took the time to compare prices with my requirements. FedEx was quite a bit cheaper and even less than if I had used canada post. Needless to say, my packages were delivered quickly and I will be using this method of shipping from now on. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely be back.”
