Service was incredibly slow. Waited 40 minutes for an item to be grabbed from the back room. When they grabbed it, merchandiser was on their phone and had 0 urgency to deliver to me.

Left without purchasing what I needed because toothpaste was locked up with no one available to unlock it, and whenever I asked about the other items on my list I was passed off from staff to staff, none of who seemed capable of finding or doing anything besides telling me to go find someone else.

this really must be the worse walmart in the lower mainland. items are left all over the floor, it's dark and dingy with low ceilings and old lighting. has a weird smell but could just be the entire mall.
