Walmart Supercentre is a convenient location with lots of products and is noted as being more stocked than other area stores. It offers a great selection of everyday essentials. However, reviews indicate it can frequently be short on items and there are consistent problems with mismatched prices at checkout, which causes frustration. The customer service department, particularly over the phone, and the self-serve checkouts receive very poor ratings and are described as providing the worst service. In contrast, helpful and polite associates in the Omni Department provide wonderful, efficient service that creates a satisfying shopping experience and encourages customers to return.
Once I saw a mouse or rat running around the snacks aisle which made me question the safety standards of this place. Some employees are rude and disrespectful. It seems to be a toxic work environment. Also somehow the shopping baskets are only on one entrance which doesn’t make the experience that enjoyable.
