“Lora at Customer service, store 5777 was awesome (11:00am July 21, 2023) she was running back & forth to help in the back & customer service area. I could hear a manager complaining that she went to washroom before coming to help & I think sent someone after her in washroom. Not impressed with manager. I had no problem waiting barely 5 minutes.”

“First time to visit this store at New Westminster to buy specific canned products. The store itself has a disarray of different items. It’s a challenge to look for products for new shopper like me. The products are hard to find and not properly labelled. But, the grocery staffs are helpful. I purchased 2 boxes (48 cans) of canned products and seek the customer service assistance. Dabir willingly offered help and assist me to bring the groceries to my car. He is very kind and respectful. Actually, he helped twice 1) show me where the product I need are located; 2) willingly accompanied me to the car to put the groceries. I am a Walmart shopper in Richmond BC but this store has the best service. They have a great team providing good service to customers. Dabir’s commitment to his work is outstanding. This guy deserves a promotion.”

“Limited selection, but very cheerful pleasant staff eager to help. The store is surprisingly clean and lint free unlike the Metrotown store or if you drop something on the floor it gets covered with dust and dirt. If the Metrotown location have a cleaning staff, I'm not sure what they do. They certainly don't clean the floors or dust any of the shelves.I found the six street location to be a pleasant place to shop and will continue to shop there. I only shop at the Metrotown location when I'm desperate.”
