“I know I'm not alone in having had frequent frustration with both appliance retailers and the products they sell. Trail, however, has given me something I've rarely enjoyed from other retailers – peace of mind.
I've bought a number of appliances from them over the years, and it's when there's inevitably a problem that their after-sales service really shines. No delays in getting a response. No excuses for why the extended warranty doesn't actually cover that issue. Just a technician showing up surprisingly fast to get us back up and running.
And yes, buy the extended warranty. I don't suggest that for any other product, but it's a no-brainer in this case. It's not Trail's fault that modern appliances never last as long as we'd like, so that bit of extra money spent up front absolutely pays for itself in the long run.
