The espresso market has gone berserk with hundreds of makes and models, fragile electronic components requiring frequent servicing and replacement, most with a LIMITED one-year warranty...etc. In a hot market like this, so many unscrupulous vendors try to ride the gravy train.Our last purchase at Dolce Espresso somehow restored our faith. YES, there are decent vendors in this overhyped market. Amin and Harry listened to our needs, constraints, budget, and so on. They weren’t looking at us through the lens of profit margins but rather addressing our needs. After six years and four bad experiences, we may have found our go-to supplier”

And I was able to spend the least amount of time over the phone with Alberto to get the purchase through and the delivery were smoothly done through a 3 party. ($250 for installation and recyling) highly recommend for this this efficiency.”

“This is the first time we made a purchase at Coast Appliances.We are very happy with all aspects of the experience starting with the excellent in-store customer service provided by Ricky.He took the time to listen to our needs, provide the specs for the stackable washer/dryer we were looking for and also promptly answered all of our subsequent questions re: delivery timeline. The total price including delivery was reasonable. The delivery and installation also went smoothly - the guys were great and took the time & care needed to ensure everything was working perfectly. He helped us arrange an electrician, a gas fitter and the delivery service; all of whom were first rate. “My first experience purchasing from Kerrisdale Lumber was an awesome one. I’ve been eyeing the Napoleon Cart Kettle Grill for a long time but just couldn’t justify paying $600 for a new one. Then, I saw that Kerrisdale Lumber was selling demo units of the grill for under $300; what an amazing deal. I spoke to probably 5 different people at this business over the phone and every single one of them had very good customer service skills. My one and only criticism about the business was that the online ordered process is relatively slow compared to other businesses, but, the awesome customer experience made up for that tenfold. I’ll be looking here first when I’m in the market for my next bbq.”

“The pharmacy experience really depends on who you get. Most everyone is so kind, and goes out of their way to help. When I booked a covid shot here and they didn’t have the supply, they called me to let me know days before my appointment, and told me what day they expected more stock to come in. When I had an issue where my health insurance wasn’t working with their system, and no one on either end could figure it out, they spoke directly to my insurance company and figured out the error. They easily spent an hour helping me with that.The only criticism I have is that once I went to pick up meds and the pharmacy tech picked his nose absent-mindedly and then ate it. Disgusting… another time a different tech was rude and unhelpful when I had a question about my allergies and a new medication.Those two incidents are the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. Every other interaction has been above and beyond.”

“Pharmacist Gordon was a bright spot in my day today. He was able to help fill a prescription for an alternate form of a backordered drug in short time. When I went to pay, my phone had died and he and even helped get enough charge on the device to use my virtual wallet, since I didn't have another payment method on my person. Thank you so much for going above and beyond for me.”

“I was impressed by one of the cashiers. I believe her name was Mozzhan. She handled a coupon issue with an elderly man with patience and kindly explained the situation. Many would have gotten impatient but she was polite and kind beyond what one should be expected to have to be. This is who you want representing a company. She carried herself in a respectful and caring manner. I hope Mozzhan is valued because she is valuable.”

“This London drugs is located in Victoria Square shopping center. It has a beauty dept., photo and tech services departments. It has friendly and helpful pharmacists even though this is a super busy location. It is a large store that has everything you’d expect in a drugstore and then some. When I went to the photo department to ask about video transfer services someone told me they didn’t do that but on their website it says they do offer that service and to ask in store for details. The parking here is horrendous. There used to be lots of parking but it used to very tight. There is parking underground and also above ground. I always park above ground and walk a bit rather than attempt to find parking in the main lot as it can get quite jam packed in there when it’s busy.”
