“I popped into the shop to repair my vacuum floor attachment. The gentleman did it in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge me, he even taught me how to take it apart so that I could fix it myself next time. Excellent service and so professional! I will go back when I need to replace my vacuum for sure.”

“One staff member from the photolab, I guess his name is Tim, did a really amazing job helping me. I went there without any reservations or any photo I submitted before. He told me what to do in a very good manner and even help me to get my photo ready so fast. Initially it should be done the day after, but because I really need it asap, he asked the other member to make it quick. Also thanks for the manager I guess, cuz he accompanied me to get to the photolab. Overall really good experience”

“I had my phone battery replacement here and it was amazing. I have been looking everywhere for the same day service. Most of the places says online they have same day service however as soon as I visit them they say theyre technician is busy. However on this place “GABBY” was amazing and gave me approx 2hours to finish my phone but he got it done in less than an hour. They are so amazing in this place. If you need tech services. This is the place to be.”

“I must share my appreciation for over the top customer service.. Joe and Rachel L!!!!! Thank You both. Great team. I was looking for a glass cleaner product and had been to several different locations with no success before popping into Robson St location. Still not able to see what I was looking for so I went to customer service desk and Voila, Rachel to my rescue. She went on line to see stock availability and found Two stores that had some. She actually called the stores to see if the computer stock was correct and when we were on hold she also told me about a similar product that their store uses for glass cleaner. Then she put them on hold for me. The other location ended up store transferring to the Robson St location for me for convenience. This is when I got to talk to Joe for the first time to congratulate him on his great coworkers. When the items arrived he personally called me , left a message, to advise my delivery was in. When I called back customer service paged him and we spoke again. Now that’s service with a smile. THANK YOU Rachel and Joe Bravo Eliza”

“I visited this store a few days ago and had such a nice experience with a young man in the Tech area. Absolutely top notch customer service! You could tell he had a lot going on and multitasking several things at once, but he clearly was professional in his job. He helped me and two other customers with our purchases while also handling his own work. It was impressive to see how efficiently he managed everything without compromising the quality of his service. Thank you Nivash, for the great customer service!”

“The pharmacist working at 2pm on May 9 is a superstar. My partner urgently needed medication, travel insurance couldn’t help, he set us up with a temporary number and recommended a remote GP for the prescription. We really appreciated how he front loaded the admin so everything went smoothly and we had the medication that evening. Good system knowledge, excellent drug knowledge and perfect customer service. Thank you ❤”

“I had an email issue with my iPhone and after visiting both Rogers and Apple with no solution, I was extremely frustrated and disappointed. I came to LD as a last hope. That’s when I met Mashid, an incredibly kind and patient lady. She took the time to listen to me, calmly explained everything, and made me feel relaxed and reassured. In just a few minutes, she fixed my phone completely. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude truly made my day. I can’t thank her enough for her help. Highly recommend asking for Mashid!”
