While shopping at London Drugs, I asked a supervisor for help finding Christmas mugs, but they did not assist me and were unhelpful in their response.They just told it’s in the central unable to find eventually. Feeling unsure and frustrated, I then went to the customer service desk for help.
At customer service, I spoke with Mariam, who was very kind and approachable. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and communicated clearly and calmly. Entho, there was line behind. Mariam helped me locate the Christmas mugs and made sure I knew exactly where to find them.

“Having a business runned by its owner is not as common anymore in Vancouver.
You enter the shop and you go back in time, talking to him was such a joy and such a humbling experience.
Do the right thing and support a kind of business that is on the route to extinction if you are looking for anithyng vacuum repair or supplies .. If you are in the neighbourhood stop by and say hi, even if you have notging to get fixed ..... A fine gentleman will be more than happy to greet you and chat you along... you may leave with a good pair of stories and a big smile in your face.... Priceless! And yes he fixes vacumms the right way and at a fair price!”
