“Great experience at this location. Exceptional service by Mahesh. He helped me with all my questions regarding monitors and chairs. Would recommend to visit the location regarding any tech items, very knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you.”
“Gina was such a big help, she was so patient with us. Answering all our questions. Letting us sample any perfumes we wanted. Gave such good insight on skin care products. Never had such a great experience at London Drugs.”
““I recently had an excellent experience at the London Drugs when I needed urgent help with my iPhone 17 Pro Max. The screen was completely black and the phone was unusable, and since I rely on my phone for work, it was very stressful. I first went to the Apple Store, but the earliest appointment they had was two weeks away. Since I have AppleCare, I learned that I could also get service at London Drugs. That’s where I met Niaz. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional from the start. He understood how urgent my situation was and did everything he could to get my phone repaired as quickly as possible. He handled the whole process with care and skill, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I’m extremely grateful to Niaz for going above and beyond. Thank you so much for your outstanding help.””

“Having a business runned by its owner is not as common anymore in Vancouver.
You enter the shop and you go back in time, talking to him was such a joy and such a humbling experience.
Do the right thing and support a kind of business that is on the route to extinction if you are looking for anithyng vacuum repair or supplies .. If you are in the neighbourhood stop by and say hi, even if you have notging to get fixed ..... A fine gentleman will be more than happy to greet you and chat you along... you may leave with a good pair of stories and a big smile in your face.... Priceless! And yes he fixes vacumms the right way and at a fair price!”
