He picked my girlfriend and I up from a nearby mall and drove us to our stranded, non-functional car. i really respect a garage that understands their own capabilities! they didn’t have a dedicated transmission tech, but made sure i went to one they trusted, and Mat’s genuine concern (he Really wanted me to take it right away - i am a girl that will Wait It Out to my own detriment) separates the Parkway Crew from many other garages in town. i trust their judgement and they have proven their work is solid!
