“Very easy & friendly car hire. Hussain went above and beyond. Car was great, booked a sedan but Hussain gave us a SUV which was much better for our luggage. When we dropped the car off, Hussain even dropped us off to the port for our cruise. Would definitely recommend.”

“Bought a used 2016 Corolla from here. Dealt with Pat Hauer, who was very helpful. Purchasing process was painless, and I think they seemed honest. Good after service to make up for the fact that they missed the fact that the key couldn't open up the car door lock; only found out after I purchased the vehicle. They agreed to fix the issue and pay for the cost. Sent me to Destination Toyota to check the lock, but the lock cylinder assembly was backordered with no restock ETA. So JP Lease sent me to Car Keys Express, who came to my workplace to work on the lock while I was at work. Just turned out there was a bit of rust in the lock and it was all fixed in 20 minutes. Overall a bit of time was wasted driving to Destination Toyota and needing to proactively follow up with the lock cylinder repair, but I guess the experience could have been much worse. I'd say I would still come back again if I ever need another pre-owned vehicle.”
“Helpful and courteous agents. Perfect place to rent and return a car for international travelers. Quick Uber from downtown to this location was easy. Had a 2026 Chevy Equinox and it was a dream. Return location made it easy to enjoy the rest of our last day at Kitsilano Beach Park. Used BOUNCE to store our bags so we could be more carefree.”

From the moment I walked in, CJ greeted me with a warm smile and a handshake he actually stepped around the counter to shake my hand and as i was sitting I noticed he did that with all their clients —wow! That simple gesture immediately set the tone and showed genuine kindness and professionalism.
The other young men on the team were just as incredible. They made sure every detail was taken care of, answered all my questions, and even gave me a ride so I could park my own car. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days.
It's rare to find people who genuinely care about their customers, but this team truly does. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and eager to help. They made what could have been a routine experience feel exceptional.
A huge thank you to CJ and the entire front office staff for reminding me what world-class customer service looks like. You have earned a customer for life, and I will happily recommend Enterprise to my family and friends.

“My circumstances didn't allow me to end up using Universal Truck Rental but I made a reservation with them over the phone and Steve provided all the information I needed and was extremely helpful.When I ended up having to cancel my reservation they promptly issued a refund of my deposit providing excellent customer service.I will be using them the next time I need a moving truck and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.”

“This location at Bridgeport Rd is a short $15-$20 uber ride from the airport, but the savings are worth it vs renting on site at YVR and they have the most pleasant staff. No hassles picking up or dropping off. I will always rent from Enterprise knowing I won't ever be hassled for damage or scratches I didn't do, or have to spend an hour waiting to fill out paperwork. In & out quickly, and overall great experience.”
