“If you're looking for adult (mostly womens) clothes, shoes & the rest on a budget, this is your place.
Friendly volunteers, very well organized.
I've witnessed several great interactions with seniors or disabled customers who were not rushed or treated poorly.
One time I found a whole arm full of cashmere for nearly nothing - while other days nothing. Worth a pop by if you're not set on something specific.”

“Love this store! It’s so clean and well organized - I rarely leave empty handed :) I’ve bought so many of my favourites here! The owner Alex is super sweet and extremely helpful. Don’t miss this gem if you’re on Main Street!”
“I'm tempted to gatekeep, but this is one of the best thrift stores I've ever been to. I felt like i was in a high end consignment boutique for average thrift store prices. Died and went to heaven and walked out with a whole new wardrobe. 10/10.”
“How lucky I am to have discovered this great thrift store!
Great selection of clothes and the lady (who I believe is the owner) actually takes the time of day to interact/converse with you/help you shop. Came here a while ago but I still remember the kindness. Thank you!”
“I had a wonderful experience at Still Fabulous! The seller was incredibly welcoming and nice to talk to. I found a great deal and am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!”
“Great selection of quality clothes at reasonable prices. I was really impressed by their XXL+ options - the two racks in the photo was all XXL+ and included lots of cute and wearable things! Other XL+ options were scattered about the store and there were a good number of them.”
“So happy to stumbled upon this place! Walked in and eyed 3 clothing items right away! Bora was the employee that helped me and she was so sweet and helpful! I ended up finding I think 8 items, definitely worth it. Will come back next time for a longboard!”
“this is such a cool spot, with VERY reasonable prices. they had a lot of size options, which is really important. the staff were super nice and friendly. also, as a bookworm, i scored with my bookish finds (on sale!). will definitely come back!”
“Best thrift in East van! Super charming with great selection and great prices. Entire section for vintage finds and upscale pieces, without the similar upcharge the big thrift shops do on similar items. Tons of books, CDs and movies and plenty of furniture at very reasonable prices as well. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, always enjoy my visits even if I don't bring something home.”
“Great curated second hand shoe section and I love that the proceeds all go to the Chinatown Foundation. Can feel good about making a sustainable and beautiful purchase! I will be coming back to shop and donate.”

“There are various items. However, there are not many types of clothing. It seems like most grandparents come to visit, and there are things that suit them. It's a good place to take a look while passing by.”

“This is a thrift store/coffee shop. It has new items weekly and sometimes daily. You can find a range of things like clothing, jewelry, art or gifts. They also have a lot of games. The prices are phenomenal. Everyone is friendly and helpful.”

“The staff is always amazing, prices are really really good, always reflective of the garments condition. There’s always new inventory coming in, great for new riders or looking to expand your gear set for different weather riding. Can’t say enough good about them!”
“I came in today to check the place out and ended up finding one of my childhood stuffies. I know it was my exact one because of a certain stain. I was going to buy him back today but the owner(?) immediately with no hesitation told me that I could have him back. Today was a very special day for me. A part of my inner child has been healed. Thank you so much for what you did for me today.”
“This is my favorite place to thrift in the downtown area. They always carry interesting items, I would recommend coming here if you're looking for niche statement pieces or even if you're DIY-ing a costume. However, the prices can be over my budget sometimes.”
“Lillian really came through for us with a request for a very small teak dining table with leaves. And she has her own mover who delivered everything with care. It is absolutely what we had hoped for at a reasonable price.”

“I'm a regular. As someone who only shops second hand, the VGH thrift store has completely eliminated my need to support Value Village. The affordable pricing has always been the draw, and it feels good to donate to a worthy cause.
However, in the past year there has been some inconsistent pricing. Certain clothing items seem to be jacked up to an unreasonable price (eg. $30 for a ripped vintage leather jacket, $12 for a vintage slip dress with a broken strap). This makes clothing unaffordable for regular lower income customers who rely on the store. I hope in the future they keep the demographic of the neighbourhood in mind, especially as the cold months roll in.”
“This thrift store is pleasant to shop in. Garments (mostly ladies) are clean and in good condition, well organized, easy to browse and there's a change room. There's a small book/games/puzzles/toys section as well. As with all donation based thrit stores, you never know what's available until you check it out. The free parking in the mall is a nice bonus. I'll be back.”

“I stop by this small, tightly packed store a few times a year. The lady behind the counter remembers me, acknowledges me and is always friendly. I would rather carefully peak through the merchandise at this store than Valu Village!!!”
“This is literally the BEST thrift store, hands down, that I’ve ever been to. Like every thrift store needs to follow this stores example. The clothes are always clean, they’re organized, usually super cute, and the prices are A+. They even do 50% off sales of certain sections like all the time, not sure if it’s weekly or how often, but every time I go in here there’s a sale going on. Like please let nothing happen to this place or its owners because they are doing an absolutely fantastic job. I’m so lucky to live in the area, and I will continue to support this place for as long as they stay just as amazing as they are. Thank you for not falling into greed like 90% of other thrift stores. Your community appreciates you. ❤️”
“Superb staffs/funny,helpful friendly. Great items!
Happy they have staffs to responds via phone, email regarding of requests for donations clothings picks ups appointments dates schedules. Great Services and Thrift Store in the local community. Happy to support and donate lightly woren clothings happy to share with others.”
“great size and only new building, clean and light but can be picked over or not best stocked with good items, well connected to skytrain with buses. prices are somewhat or used to be fair and items seem in good condition, not really shrunk, torn etc
staff is friendly!”
“Well organized and clean however many items (coats, ski jackets) had damaged zippers or clasps that wouldn’t be an easy fix and would require a seamstress/ alterations yet they were still priced 30-75 CAD.
The shoes were also very overpriced, from 25 to 50 dollars for very worn and damaged shoes.
However a lot of the clothes were very reasonably priced, many items were 15 CAD or less and looked to be very good quality.
If items are damaged/broken there should be some kind of warning/tag to notify the customer, and it should be priced as sale.
The employees were nice and helpful and it was clean and organized.”
“Sensational! This is more than a thrift store, it's community, it's a safe space to hang out to chat to welcome people and have some good finds. The prices are amazing, there's a lot of thrift items and lots of brand new items as well.”
“I've been donating and shopping at this location for year.
Staff are always courteous and I've scored some great deals. Best to call ahead and discuss your donation before bringing it down.”
“Very nice VVs. Has two levels. Aisles are narrow, I don't suggest a buggy, wheelchair or walker. Not bad pricing considering the raised cost of used goods, but still pricier than I would like.”

“I’ve been going to this store for decades (yes, over 20+ years when they were just one tiny little store on Main). In the past, it was easy for me to purchase items from them but now, I’m older and well, the clothes target a younger audience.I’ve had good experiences with the staff there (not as a consigner) and found the store great for quirky items.I miss seeing some of their local designers / local repurposed clothing.I will continue to go there as it has a fun atmosphere and let’s be honest, they have great window displays!”
“This store is a treasure trove indeed!
Each section is very organized so you can browse thoroughly and find whatever items speak to your heart. I bet coming out empty-handed is strange here. The personnel is very kind and they make a great job at keeping this place going in good condition.”
