“My truck threw a serpentine belt while on the highway. I exited into Parksville and found this shop on a Thursday afternoon during some nasty cold weather. They had my truck in the shop within half an hour.The parts supply required an overnight stay at the shop so I rented a car to get home and the next day before noon they had my truck done. The belt had wrapped itself around the water pump and the idler pulleys needed replacement.Thanks folks!!”

“This guy saved our whole trip to Vancouver Island:We came in with a vibrating sound coming from the front wheels of our car, he opened his garage even though it was already very close to the closing times of the shop. .....there would have been no one else that could have helped us around that late time and we were headed to Tofino cause we booked a hostel there.He and his mechanic diagnosed the problem very quickly and did everything they could to get our car roadworthy again.
