“I was greeted with a smile, as I approached the door. Asked who I was looking for, and immediately offered a coffee while I waited. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. Dane was friendly and extremely helpful. When a signature was missed on papers I had brought from Nanaimo, Dane had someone make the trip to Nanaimo and back, so I didn’t have to come back.
