“I’ve never had a bad experience here, the workers are always friendly and there’s always an abundance of good selection and deals. I LOVE the renos that took place, the signage to find things are SO MUCH BETTER and the store is easy as heck to navigate now!!!!!!!! The store is always clean and pleasant to visit :)I also have to thank Blair who helped me in the tech section the other day! Usually the workers don’t offer help but he did and it saved me time and patience. He’s always extraordinarily helpful when I visit and I’m so thankful he’s there!!! He goes above and beyond always. “I came into canadian tire after having issues with long beach automotive in Tofino. The whole situation left me very upset and i was trying to figure out if a part they changed without asking me could’ve been re used or not.George overheard me explaining what happened and was so quick to jump in and help. He listened to what I had to say and was more than happy to take the drum breaks into the shop and get the measurement I was looking for. He explained the function of that part and why he wouldn’t have re-used it and the overall affect it had on the car. You could tell he was very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things to you so you genuinely understand what’s happening to your car.After having such a horrible experience at long beach it really meant a lot to me the way George wanted to help me and overall the kindness he showed.
