Sukanya thoroughly answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed, nor did I feel pushed towards making decisions. I came with questions about my TFSA, daily banking and long-term investments. I felt very well taken care of as Sukanya responded to my questions and provided relevant solutions.

“I want to congratulate Alice and Muhammed, who welcomed me on two separate occasions and helped me resolve a very important issue for me. I no longer live in Canada, but I have this account at this branch, which migrated to RBC after HSBC closed. I've been using it for almost 10 years to manage an investment with a Canadian fund. Living in Italy, I couldn't schedule an appointment through the RBC system. I spent hours on the phone with no response, and they answered only one of my three emails after three weeks. So, I set off on this adventure quite worried, especially after reading the terrible reviews about the branch staff. So, I booked a ticket from Italy and flew to the branch. I won't go into the details of the issue, which still had to be resolved to restore everything, and which even after the second visit wasn't completely resolved (but only due to issues with the RBC system). Instead, I want to commend these two employees who were incredibly helpful and professional, dedicating over an hour each to both visits. I feel sorry for the other people in line, but the other colleagues quickly dealt with them.
Well done, keep up the good work. Unfortunately, RBC still has a lot to do to make everything work better.”
