“EDITED (April 9th): Halo Healthcare reached out to me soon after I posted this review and did their best to remedy the situation. I was able to do some troubleshooting that fixed the device, and my opinion of the company has since changed to a much more positive one. For future reference, for anyone looking to purchase a product from their company, it is advisable to inspect the product soon after you receive it to avoid an experience like this down the line.
Original review: I received a Compass Health US Pro 2000 Portable Ultrasound Device from Halo Healthcare, that a family member ordered for me for Christmas. I went to try the device and found it to be defective. I contacted Halo Healthcare, who did absolutely nothing to address the issue. I understand their 30 day return policy, but to not stand behind their products when they sold a defective product to a customer is disgusting.
I do NOT recommend anyone to buy a product from Halo Healthcare - spend your money at a company with more dignity.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this company.
Dealing with anything medical insurance is difficult at best
I had over a two year issue where my insurance would not keep up with my claim and documents. The system that connects the doctors and suppliers and insurance is broken.. honestly.
But what Hal and his staff did was amazing where he led the way and advocated for me and the suppliers to find the right equipment and fight through the bureaucracy . Most of the customers give up due to the lack of energy and compassion needed to service customers and patients.
Hal called everyday and followed carefully to advise and shepherd me through additional doctors letters to insurance documents needed to make this happen for me.
I cannot emphasize how much this company helped in my journey. I have my equipment now and he is there to find solutions for me moving forward. He kept going and like a dog on a bone made it happen. I met his service and maintenance tech who dropped everything off and his phone is always on to assist me.
I honestly felt like he was a high school friend or and old hockey team mate that would never let you down
This company needs to be recognized as a community leader. Thanks guys.. from the bottom of my heart
