ONO Work & Safety offers a good selection of safety and work wear from trusted brands. Customers appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, making it their top choice for boots, vests, and other safety gear. However, some customers have experienced issues with warranty service for boots, feeling that the store does not always honor warranty claims. Additionally, limited store hours make it difficult for workers with long shifts to visit, especially since they often need to go after work hours. Customers suggest extending hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and offering discounts for repeat customers. Overall, the store is valued for its product variety and staff assistance, but improvements in hours and warranty service could enhance customer experience.
Great place to buy asphalt boots but you got to call in advance to see if they have your size in and they have great customer service would definitely come back here again 👍
