We had an urgent situation with our cat who needed medication as soon as possible, and Christine worked so promptly to make sure we got everything we needed.

“EDITED (April 9th): Halo Healthcare reached out to me soon after I posted this review and did their best to remedy the situation. I was able to do some troubleshooting that fixed the device, and my opinion of the company has since changed to a much more positive one. For future reference, for anyone looking to purchase a product from their company, it is advisable to inspect the product soon after you receive it to avoid an experience like this down the line.
Original review: I received a Compass Health US Pro 2000 Portable Ultrasound Device from Halo Healthcare, that a family member ordered for me for Christmas. I went to try the device and found it to be defective. I contacted Halo Healthcare, who did absolutely nothing to address the issue. I understand their 30 day return policy, but to not stand behind their products when they sold a defective product to a customer is disgusting.
I do NOT recommend anyone to buy a product from Halo Healthcare - spend your money at a company with more dignity.”

“Went shopping for boots here and was immediately steered towards redwings by the associate after saying I was there for some Keen boots. Once I assured him I wasn't interested in some redwings, he found me a couple sizes of keens and that was the last I saw him.
Another sales associate, Sabrina, checked on me multiple times, helped me out with some insoles and leather protectant. She was very helpful and made my shopping experience much more enjoyable than how it began.
Ask for Sabrina if you're shopping at Ono!”

We too were filing with a 3rd party insurance provider: Ali was knowledgeable and organized with file preparation. On the day of pickup, we were greeted with excellent customer service from unboxing and assembling the chair, explaining its features and later assisting into our car.
