“Since my last post, I found a tasty way to use and enjoy the 'chicken & veggie dumplings' -- via homemade soups. Two soups have been prepared, utilizing previously made, and frozen stocks. For the first soup, a chicken-based stock was used -- for the second soup, it was a more meat-based stock. Fresh veggies, with some chicken or pork meats, were added to the reheated stocks, along with several dumplings, and a few perogies. Yeah, it worked well ... the dumplings added texture, and considerable flavour and taste to the soups ...”
