“After visiting so many stores in Surrey's Payal Business Centre, we were honestly losing hope. We were looking for a pastel-colored outfit that was elegant, unique, and perfect for my sister to wear at my wedding. We couldn't find anything that felt right anywhere else.
Then we walked into this store, and the experience was completely different. Their collection was beautiful, with so many unique and classy designs. We found the perfect wedding outfit for my sister, and she absolutely loves it!
What really stood out was the customer service. The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and soft-spoken. They never rushed us and genuinely helped us find the right outfit. When I mentioned that it was my wedding, they even surprised me with a beautiful bridal chura box, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
They also have a jewelry store right next to their clothing store, where we found the most gorgeous pair of earrings for my sister. To make them match her outfit perfectly, they even offered to change the pearls on the earrings for us. That level of attention to detail and willingness to help is something you don't see very often.
Thank you for making this such a memorable shopping experience. From the beautiful collection to the outstanding customer service, everything exceeded our expectations. I would happily recommend this store to anyone looking for wedding outfits and jewelry. 10/10!”

“i walked into rivieras for the first time a few weeks ago. there were amazing dresses i was in awe. as soon as we walked in a very kind helpful saleswoman recommend some dresses i was into and sat my aunt and uncle into a very comfortable seating area to observe. i tried on a handful of dresses and i had one dedicated sales women to help us with pinning the dresses so they would fit properly. she even gave me some jewelry to compliment the dresses. we were amazed with the costumer service that yesterday after giving some thoughts on the dresses we came back! once again we had the same sales lady along with some other of her co workers help out and they were all super generous and honest. after going to a different store to try on dresses this place is a step above. i felt like a princess! ps. left with a gorgeous dress that day! love you guys!”

They deliver in a timely manner, customized anything and everything I wanted and have in house tailors to support with alterations. Pooja was super helpful with not only bringing my vision to life but also providing her own creative expertise! Honestly, the entire team was such a pleasure to work with - Aman was great to help with the guys and Jassi aunty was super friendly and also very helpful!! They provided much more than just the basic client care you'd expect as a bride - I had asked them where I could find choora covers and they went one step beyond to make me them just in time! “Fainted here today, definitely wasn’t on my bucket list to faint in 2026 but if i had to pick a place i guess it would be Hot Topic. All jokes aside, the staff here made me feel so safe and comfortable even when i fainted in the store. When I asked for extra details about a few items, she listened, understood what I needed, and provided clear information without hesitation. She helped me find the pieces I was looking for and even offered a few alternatives in the same style.
One moment that really stood out was when she directed me toward an available fitting room. Instead of grabbing and pulling me along physically - something that unfortunately happens often in stores - she simply walked ahead and gave a soft tap on the open door so I could follow the sound. It was thoughtful, natural, and showed a level of respect and awareness that made the whole interaction natural.
Libby’s approach speaks highly of both her professionalism and the store’s overall customer service. This location continues to be a great place to shop, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.”

“I've been coming to Rachel to get my clothes altered for years and she is incredible at her job. She's done all sorts of alterations for me - pants hemming, shortening sleeves to more complex suit and dress tailoring. I've always had a great result and been happy with the work. Prices are reasonable given the amount of work required. Would suggest coming in person vs. trying to call as she's typically busy. If she turns you away because there is a line just come back a bit later. She doesn't have a formal receipt process but you can ask for an itemized list and pay either at drop off or pick up. Would recommend her work over anyone else in the area!”

I went to the mall to meet a friend for coffee on a Sunday and noticed the displays, great colors and lovely layered outfits put together with great accent jewelry, I could not resist, they found all the sizes I needed and made great suggestions for outfits, I spent $400 as they had such great outfits!”

We spent all day looking at various suit outfitters at Metrotown, mainly Moores, Indochino, Tip Top, Banana Republic, etc. RW & Co ended up having the best fitting suits at an unbeatable price.

“This is my favorite local store by far. I stumbled upon it a few months ago after a quick grocery run on my way home and discovered an entire world of incredible high end sleepwear, lingerie and swimwear and have been coming back ever since. The best part about shopping here is how streamlined the process is. I periodically browse the amazing and large selection of items on the site from home and narrow down items i want to see in person, and then the wonderful sales associate (forgot her name) finds the items I'm looking for within literally seconds. She has also made some really good recommendations of items I wouldn't have thought of myself, but have been a hit. She has an eye and really knows how to pick things out for me and it feels personalized, and she is truly so lovely and kind. The store also always looks beautiful and clean. 10/10 would recommend.”
