Manager really made you feel like something else. She ddint say hi just stared made me feel very uncomfortable i had to leave. Will not be going to hugo boss store anymore

Went there to bought a gift for friend and the sales were extremely polite and friendly to my kid. ( my kid is the naughty type). Paul has been very patience and did help me acquire more dress shirt that I need for daily life. My friend were extremely happy with the gift as well

Got great service but I was looking for HUGO, so did not make a purchase. Other stores in Vancouver carry both BOSS and HUGO don’t understand why this one don’t carry.

Be careful on spending money here - there are no price adjustments and return/exchange is store credit only. The customer service is pushy.

I recently ordered clothes from this store, and I must say that my experience has been extremely disappointing. It has been a month since I placed my order, and there has been absolutely no communication from their end. The store's phone number doesn't even work, and my emails have gone unanswered.In a last-ditch effort to get some clarity, I visited the store in person, only to find out that my clothes had been sitting there for a long time, completely forgotten. This level of negligence is beyond unprofessional and reflects a complete lack of respect for customers' time and trust.I had high hopes for this store, but this experience has shattered any confidence I had in their service. It's frustrating to see such disregard for customers who invest their money and trust in a business. I hope that others are spared from such a disappointing encounter.I urge the store to seriously reevaluate their communication and customer service protocols. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this experience fell far short of that expectation. I hope my feedback serves as a wake-up call and prompts them to make the necessary improvements.Overall, I cannot recommend this store based on my experience. I'm deeply disappointed and left wondering how a business can operate in such a careless manner.

The staff is really pathetic and beyond rude. These people forget that they are supposed to serve everybody who comes in the store, and not treat them like peasants. You need to retrain your staff on how to treat people with respect, because I am disgusted by your customer service and by the etiquette of your employees.

I was so disappointed today after I spoke with the store manager. I understand my blazer is eaten by moth after his explanation. But I was not treated with respect. The manager is super rude, lack of empathy. I will never go into the store again. I would rather pay more to get better customer service. I cannot understand how can him become a manager. He is not a BOSS.

I'm surprised by some of the one star reviews, I had amazing customer service experience by Tushal, I walked in not knowing anything about suits and expected to be there for about an hour while I pick out a suit for a wedding event but Tushal was able to give me professional advice and got me my exact correct size and fitting even though I didn't know my sizing. Great service

Madeila does not know customer service. She only cares about transaction and following the procedure. All she does is talk back when you have a feedback. I do not recommened visiting this store if you’re expecting a decent customer service.
