Very poor customer service. The staff was rude and unprofessional. This is not the level of service you would expect from a premium menswear brand like Boss.

I went to the store to pick up my order which was already delayed. The Asian guy is so rude. Don’t know proper customer service and was so mean. Looking at the review of others. You should replace the Asian guy. This is the only store of boss that is not good. I will never buy at this store location again.

Didnt accept my return. Should have read the reviews before shopping here. Seems like a common issue. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
