I had a really good experience at Coach Outlet with my exchange from black friday for a white purse for my mom’s gift. The purse was smudge with black marks because of the packaging. outstanding..ViVi was my store associate and she was awesome. She was patient and they are having a 70% off sale right now as of Dec. 3...So many selections and great staff.
