A clerk thought that they were new and had reboxed them. We had a laugh searching the boxes so l could wear them home. My go to shop for footwear.”

“I had an outstanding experience with Cole Haan at McArthur Glen, had multiple visits to this branch and they don’t disappoint. Their customer service team headed by their Manager Soheila, sales associates, Shaina, Khristine & Mylene (was on date of this review) they were all incredibly attentive, responsive, and truly focused on making sure every customer request was handled quickly and professionally. I came in looking for cute Labubu dolls and left completely blown away by the selection. They have SO many rare and limited-edition figures (the luxury-brand dressed ones, the seasonal series, the hidden/killer versions… everything!). The display is gorgeous with all the acrylic cases and fairy lights – it honestly feels like a mini museum for collectors.
The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, helped me check which ones were blind box secrets and even showed me some upcoming releases. Prices are very fair compared to what I’ve seen online, and everything is 100% authentic. They also have the cutest POP MART accessories and those adorable tumblers in the front!
This has instantly become my favorite spot in the city for designer toys. Already planning my next visit – highly recommend to any Labubu or POP MART lovers! ? Thank you for the amazing experience!”
