Slow teller service. Insufficient teller personel to handle line up. HSBC was way more efficient.😨 Teller counters too close, shoulder to shoulder with customers. RBC: don't ask your teller staff to sell bank products to customers when there is already a long line up wait time of 25 minutes!

I tried to open a business bank account, but they informed me that all individuals involved in the company must be present in person, regardless of my title as Director.
Does not make sense to me, on their website says different things.

ATM machine just eat my 3000 dollars deposit. The machine restarted by itself after it jammed and no money returned to me. This is terrible.
