Came in during the evening for a shower cartridge and was sent to the kitchen design counter. The staff member gave false information, stayed at his desk, and made no effort to help. Very disappointing service. If you need real assistance, avoid coming in during evening hours.

This is without a doubt the poorest managed outlet in Canada. I could not get a product retrieved from the top shelf by anyone. When asked for the manager was told he was in a meeting with the only person who was licensed to retrieve the item. Mid day on a Monday! Absurd! Took my thousand dollars and went to Lowes . Okay

wow really after delaying my order for like more than 2 weeks they delaying the installation i try to contact their installer but ignoring my calls try to leave a voice mail still not heard any from them
