“My wife loves shopping at Winners. However I do have a complaint. I used to be able to sit on a chair waiting for my wife to shop. Being handicapped it was a pleasant shopping experience. Now they took the seating away to my dismal! I don’t think I will take the time to come out to this winners anymore.”
“Visited the store in April 2024 while on a two day layover in Richmond. Very interesting store to visit. Amazing how they fit such a diverse array of products in such a small floor space. One of the female staff asked a few times if I needed help. She was gorgeous! I wanted to take her home, and I think she would have gone, but home was a long way away. I looked at her a few times as I browsed and she looked at me. The store was closing so I made my way to the exit. Connection lost but I often think about her.”

“I was ticketed in the parking lot AFTER shopping here and was livid. The issue was exacerbated because it was windy that day and the ticket was blown out of my hands. Samson, the manager who i was talking to, was patient, talked me down to a more calm state and told me what they needed to file a dispute for me. Had to call the parking company to get a ticket Id. Another manager had taken the information after my call with the parking service and it seemed there was an admin error and I still got a notice for the ticket about a month later. I called Canadian Tire back but it was later in the evening and the accounting admin team was not available. Called back the next day and got Samson again who took control of the problem and called back with updates until the problem was resolved!
This 5 star review is for Samson, who was patient and professional, but I honestly would not recommend coming here, in a car at least. The parking service here is so aggressive and turned what should have been a simple car chore into a multi-day pain in the butt game of phone tag.
If you were shopping here and got a ticket, ask for Samson, seems not every manager is trained to handle the parking tickets.”

“Oomomo Japan Living replaced Daiso here at the Aberdeen Centre this time when I came to Richmond. The store is the same size as before, with two stories and is huge. The decoration is better than the Daiso. However, the prices seem to be a little higher. The store has a very good selection and the layout is easy to navigate. The workers are friendly and helpful. My shopping experience is great!”
