I have been a regular customer to this location and yesterday my very first go to option was there of course to take a picture for my passport. Everything went fine. But this morning I took a day off to go and apply for my passport, was waiting for about 4 hours for my turn and then the officer told me the photo is unacceptable since it’s not meeting the requirements and at London drugs they must know those regulations so I head back there to retake the photo! some other staff were working, I explained the whole situation that this mistake caused me 2 days of my work, ton of gas money and more importantly my time! He redid the photo and instead of an apology told me that the officer shouldn’t have been that picky! He printed my photo and stamp it then I asked about my old photos that was taken yesterday then the lady behind him said we need the picture in a very angry way like it was my misyake! The tone, the attitude and not being apologetic about the mistake they did was something that made me speechless so I said thank you and I heard back you’re welcome!!! I will not go there ever again and will not recommend this location at all - the staff needs to be briefed again on what is the definition of costumer service.

the salesperson was very helpful tonight.She explained the perfume products patiently which I was interested . Unfortunately, my favourite perfume was a bit expensive, so I had to wait for the special offer.

“ HI! How’s everything going! & Or MERRY CHRISTMAS “ coz it’s the holiday season! We’ve been there twice, just been there this morning. Seems store agents had no spirits, you don’t even hear any greetings , “ what’s going on, isn’t it should be with a smile at least. And if you’re asking them of something as if they were disturbed & answer you with unfriendly tone, ‘ hey! Agent are you okay ! . A week ago we went there coz we heard great stuff for gifts. We saw a Christmas decor online to add on to our Christmas village & it’s on our way, so decided to stop by instead. Nothing on display, So we asked sales agent for help & was told to customer service but on our way we’re met/approached by a loud voice ( supervisor if I’m right) saying “We don’t do rainschecks anymore! . Well then kudos to LONDON DRUGS Steveston coz we went there right away & got great help of checking the item. Thanks to Steveston London Drug Once again.

I contacted the store to inquire about the possibility of picking up my photo lab order today since the status showed "Complete and Ready for QA" and I am also in urgent need of the product. However, when I called, the lady who answered only asked me what the product is and I said camping mug and she immediately replied no, it usually takes 10 days. She didn't even ask for my order number or probe for more information to try to help with my situation. Despite my clarification that the online status indicated completion and a potential soon availability, she dismissed my request without checking my order details and automatically assumed it hadn't been 10 days since I submitted the order. I would be understanding if she would ask for my order number and check my order (at least) and explain that she can not do anything to expedite my order. However, instead I received an unhelpful attitude and a rude response. The lack of helpfulness and the immediate denial of assistance left me disappointed and feeling like my time was wasted. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider using London Drugs photo lab in the future, as good customer service is essential to me, and unfortunately, this particular London Drugs location did not meet my expectations.

I would come by to buy chocolate every month because it's cheaper here and sometimes shaving gear. I had no problems for a couple of years. But last week I was looking at shaving supplies and chocolate and I was told that " you have to leave/go" or that I had to be removed by an employee. I was allowed to pay and buy the items. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding but I didn't do anything wrong but be there. I probably won't be buying anything from here anymore because I'm assuming I'm not allowed in these stores anymore. Too bad for me I guess I have to pay extra for chocolate at other stores.

The middle-aged Asian female staff at the Pharmacy was so impolite! I showed her the photo of a product and asked if it was available. She had absolutely no interest in what I wanted and told me to go back to where I bought it originally. Wow, what an awful attitude!

I found store manager understanding the problem and helpful.But the staffs in photo department have lot of attitude and communication issues. Skillset needed to take passport photo is not there so avoid this altogether store if you want passport/govt id photos etc. They either don't want to put effort or want to put superficial effort or just do time pass there by loudly chit-chatting and ignoring customers altogether.It is like "why you come here to take photos" and give us a work which we don't want to do. Such laidback attitude towards customers can happen in London Drugs only. Joann C used a HORRIBLY RUDE attitude to treat customers.On November 6, 2023, at 6:30 pm, a cosmetic department staff, JOANN C., had shown how low work ability and extremely poor customer service attitude was. She even made the same mistake over and over with the basic refund amount, and said that serving me was a waste of her time with a horrible manner and tone.I really don’t understand why London Drugs would train such an employee to serve customers. Her rude behavior not only makes customers extremely unsatisfied, but also brings shame to London Drugs' entire team!

Good overall, staff is friendly, has the items that I need and great location. Just sometimes there is not enough staff in the checkout.

The pharmacy at London Drugs went out of your way to help find exactly the medicine that my friend needed, and I picked up. No complaints at all from me.
