I always shopped here, but today I met a rude lady,she is Asian , wear a glasses, and black hair , she made me uncomfortable, I just picked up my pant, she asked me my name, I told her my English name , she told me she needed my Chinese name, so I showed her the email, I feel she didn’t trust me , maybe she thinks I am a thief, she’s not friendly, I always shopping in lululemon, I never felt so bad, I don’t want to see her again, I think u should tradeing your staff be kind to the customer

I met the best helper and wonderful salesperson at the Lululemon Richmond Center store. Her name is Ayesha. She toke her time and helped me to find what I need very patiently and professionally.

Went to store Oct 26 around 20:00. Had the Worst store experience ever in Lululemon Richmond store with the men store manager. The store manager lack of knowledge which not familiar with Lululemon discount policy and he threaten me leave store and said he refuse to do transaction since they close store 21:00 and it was only 21: 02. Seems like he is rush to go home and close the store. this store does not care client experience, even I asked few more questions, and the store men manger lost of patience and he was put his own policy instead of lululemon policy to educate me. And after 21:00 he is pushing me leave the store without finish my transaction with threaten attitude. Wish he will do better for his job in the future by take his training courses properly~

I received very disgusting underwear and wanted to exchange it. The clerk at the counter asked me to change the style or go to another store to pick it up, otherwise the gift card in the store would be refunded. It is clear that there is a problem with the company's product and the customer is responsible for picking it up from another store. They said that their policy does not allow shipping from other stores to Richmond. If it was my personal problem today, I would be willing to go to another store to pick it up, but it is obviously them. company problems. I can only say that the prices are getting more and more expensive, the quality is getting worse and worse, and the service spirit is also lacking.

Horrendous experience with returns. Was told that you can't do a large return of more than 8 items at once, even at an off peak time, and even if you did the entire purchase at once online- you need to come back multiple times then for returns. The male cashier informed me "what's the point of buying all these, if you're going to return them"...and yet, this is the brand with inconsistent sizing and cuts, thus causing me to return the ill fitting clothes. This store has gone downhill and is actively trying to decrease female self esteem...while obviously racially profiling individuals conducting returns.

Always a terrible experience here especially if you got returns … stay far away and go to the flagship store.
Today I got told by one of the women working there that “all new shoes create blisters on your heel” say what??? I buy ASICS no blisters. It’s the way your crappy shoes are designed lulu. To have the audacity to say that to a customer. You have a 30 day policy to try them out…. And try them out I did. Blisters. And on top of this two jackets I bought online they had a hard time returning for some reason and tried to say oh it’s online. Ya it’s your site!!! Never have these issues or one by one returns when I go to Robson street … never. Nor the questioning returns like this. Even though not my fault sizes don’t fit and shoes suck. Not acceptable by any means for the prices you pay for their items.

I promote Joe and Lena!! They are passionate helpers that put in effort to find items for you. However, not all employees are heroes here. Some straight up lie to me, and also charging a shopper for $2 is unideal. Hope Lululemon works on these problems ?

Worst experience with Lululemon!! One Indian staff was really unprofessional and when we asked told her EU Standard shoe size, she told us there's only the US size standards and she asked us back, which is unreasonable. She should know about the shoe sizes standards. Then she immediately left because she just needs to OFF WORK. We did not feel any respect from this store. I was standing there but no one was helping me with the shoe shopping. Very terrible experience !
