Horrible staff, horrible business, they tack on additional fees without telling you, no washroom for drivers, absolutely disgusting waiting area. Please for the love of god do business elsewhere.

Long waitTime is not a problem for them .If you are in rush do not come.

Maybe I'm lucky, but I've had a pretty decent experience with Menzies over the years. The staff is professional and waiting times are usually decent, as long as you have all your paperwork in order. Never had any major issues with them.
