“My moving experience with the company was very good. The truck picked up my stuff from Edmonton on the 25th of Oct. They did everything themselves. They were professional. The delivery location for my items was in Toronto. I was given an estimated 4 weeks of arrival time but my stuff came within 10 days. Everything was door to door.I did come across 2 issues. One, the pickup was scheduled on the 25th between 12 pm to 4 pm. No one showed up during that time. I called the office a few times and emailed them but no one responded until the next day. The truck showed up at 6:30pm. The office should have informed me that the truck will be late. Second, the blankets they used to wrap my furniture were stained and too old. It left stains on my couch. So I will suggest to check the blankets when they are wrapping up your stuff.Other than that the service was excellent and the drivers and loaders were very friendly and knew what they were doing.”
