“I wasn’t home to get my delivery on Thursday and they left a notice for me to pick up within 5 days at their location. I went there at 5pm on Friday, showed them my slip, presented my ID then they scanned it and I went home with my package. How difficult is that? People with negative reviews are being so petty for something that should be a fast and easy process but they’re the ones making it complicated.”
