The Nike Richmond Center store had a great experience. Super helpful and patient assistance, and the most knowledgeable guys guide to perfect gifts or comfortable runner. Staff answer all questions, show items on sale, and make shopping smooth and enjoyable. Service is excellent, polite and nice with a chill. Highly recommended to come back for awesome products and discount. The store had a pleasant and helpful customer service for all and really nice.

    Had an awesome experience at this Nike. Lawrence was very knowledgeable and had an answer for all my questions. He clearly knows what he’s talking about. Overall great customer service from Lawrence and the whole team at Richmond Nike. Highly recommend and will definitely come back!
