I agree to the other reviews. This Branch is the worst Pandora branch. I purchased online and came to pick it up and I asked the Lady ( Indian girl maybe? not too pretty with bad attitude? sorry!) If it is possible to exchange the other items for an item with greater price, I would love to exhange it for an expensive one as it is a gift. She said exhange is not possible in store and she even asked me the price of the items I purchased ( like seriously why asking the customer the price of the items when you can see it on your system there, just pure laziness.Period. Bad customer service drive customers away. I hope the management will encourage their staffs to be more polite and nice. I was supposed to purchse more charms instore but nevermind I'll go to other location instead. Thanks.

The worst costumer service at the Richmond branch. The ring I bought was a little too big and it was only a few days past the 30 day mark. I had come multiple times within the 30 days but they never had my size. Despite telling them this, they didn’t care. They clearly don’t care about their costumers. Such a disappointment.

They don’t let you exchange the gift you got that passed over 30 days when you didn’t use it at all in brand new condition what a annoying policy please try to change your policy not everyone have time to change their gifts in 30 days…

The customer service is the worst that I’ve received in my life Nancy Reyes and Abby were absolutely useless, they rejected to help. Both of them are mean. They don’t want to listen to you, and don’t pay attention to you at all! Think twice if you want to come to this store

Very poor customer service. I had a broken chain that needed repair. Was totally willing to pay for it. All they would say is “Yeah, we don’t do repairs”. I asked for an idea of where to go and she looked at me like I was stupid. I haven’t had the best service when buying things (many times over the years) either, but this was really rude.

Came in to buy a bracelet + charms and the older lady working kept saying she didn’t know to every single question I asked. We ended up going to the Pandora in Guildford and purchasing the bracelet there.

I am hoping to be heard they all Pandora store for as a Sales associate at Pandora Metrotown I have not been paid for more than 20 days like how you do expect people to survive without nothing at all they have promised me that I will receive my money by April 1 friday the latest but nothing had been done. Worst part is I’m not the only one. NOT A PLACE TO WORK FOR WORST JOB. GIVE ME MY MONEY PANDORA

Harleen Purewal (Richmond Center) initially helped me with an exchange. She was courteous and helpful. After the exchange, I ended up buying a few more items. Then I came back a few days later for another charm. Of course I dealt with her. She's great.

Really disappointed with my experience at this store last night. There were three staff working, and one customer, within the last 1-2 hours of closing. Upon coming in, we were greeted by a staff member asking if we were looking for anything in particular. I mentioned I wanted to see their new padlock charms, and I got handed a catalog instead. Weird, but okay. My husband and I spent a few minutes looking through it at one of the display sides. As we were looking through, we were rudely asked to move by one of the other staff so that she could show her current customer some charms in a tray. Why did we have to move when there were plenty of other display areas with the plexiglass? She made it clear that since this customer was considering several items, shooing us away was her best way to show her customer was priority. The last straw was when I actually asked to look at some charms. Unlike her associate helping the other customer and other Pandora experiences, the staff helping me did not get a tray to display the charms. She took them out and just placed them on the glass. I had to ask her to get a tray. I was so annoyed that I didn’t purchase anything like I had planned. The store was empty, and they were clearly not busy - yet this person could not be bothered to put in effort with her customer service. Left the store very disappointed with their attitudes.

Went to this store on June 26th and store was almost empty. Asked for help because no one even asked if we needed any and just watched us walk around the store. Finally, the girl that we asked for help for was really rude and looked like she didn’t care at all. She was just staring at us blankly and her customer service was really terrible even when we were nice and asking questions about the jewelry. If you don’t wanna work or help people just quit your job and find something else in your life.

System glitch when I placed my order online. Both same orders went through when I received my order number online so I called cx service right away but they told me they can't cancel my other transaction cause it's already been process. I cant understand why not cause I didn't receive any shipping details yet. Cx service told me I can ship it back once I receive the packages but it will take approx.10 days to get my refund back. Long short story i dont wanna go to that hassle. I'm willing to keep it as long as I can exchange it in store so she said yes. I can def. Do that as long as not refund. I went to the store considering the risk having my 1 month old baby and toddler just to get my exchange done. Waited in line and ended up not being help cause they were saying it was an online purchased. Tried to explain my side cause I really wanna get help with all the hassle I'm getting and it was my first time pandora gift for myself. I wanna keep it so bad but I just dont wanna get stuck on the same charms but looks like there is no compassion with customer at all. Ended up calling cx service again and they just told me just get my refund done. Just like that and not even a sorry for my experience. Worst customer service at all. I literally cried of frustration added to me experiencing PPD is not good at all. I hope CEO/ owner of pandora can read this and do something how to deal with situation to help out cx. Godbless!

Very happy with Ms. Gladys Chu's customer service. She patiently helped me choose the charms and also promised to call me when one of the charms which wasn't available at the store becomes available. She called me in couple of weeks to let me know the charm wouldn't be available at the store. It shows how dedicated she is and didn't want to keep the customer waiting. Thank you Gladys!
