They carry comfortable and stylish women's shoes. I bought a pair of sandals that are made in Italy with very soft beige leather and gold accents. When the other stores are closing for the day at 8:45 pm (music turned off, grille gates partially drawn), this store is still open and the staff is happy to help. Thank you.

Elaine is excellent. She made sure I got the right shoes, I have a high instep and need wide ones. She didn’t insist on the ones that didn’t work. That’s how you get loyal customers.

Having moved to Vancouver not too long ago, I was pleasantly surprised to find Romia Shoes. Penny took great care of me and I ended up buying two pairs of shoes—an Italian and a Spanish pair—of excellent quality, suuuuper comfortable and stylish.
