    This is the worst Scotia bank I have ever visited. The wait for a teller is min. 30-45 mi s any time of the day. The staff are unfriendly and slow.

    I recently visited this Scotia branch and was disappointed to find that their procedures differ significantly from the bank's advertised policies. This inconsistency led to unnecessary delays and wasted a lot of my time. Would not recommend.

    Very bad experience. After waiting for an hour, no one served. Eric, the Chinese man inside, kept chatting and didn't care about the customers.
