Somehow, I grew up in Richmond but never checked out this toy shop before. Me and my pup friends came in today after Richmond Pride Walk in Steveston. The staff were SO KIND to us during our visit. I found a cute little Douglas dragon plush that is getting added to my collection. 🐉 We will definitely be back.

I am a collector of Douglas plush and Splash has the best selection! We drive an hour just to visit because it's such a lovely store and the staff are also wonderful and so helpful! My favourite toy store :)

What an outstanding find. Pure delight for these grandparents shopping under strict guidance from our grandchild (which we completely ignored (lucky for him)). Beautiful shop with a ton of - well - everything. Staff are gems - friendly and helpful without any sense of stalking. Could not rate this store highly enough.
