Ever since I came to Canada, I have been a TD customer. I like TD because of its variety of products and services that once helped an international student like me. TD Bank has been in the industry for years and you would feel that your account is secure with them, that is also why I kept my account with them until now. In this branch, I was assisted by one of their associates, Stephanie Chua, and I commend her service! I needed to deposit some checks and open/convert my account and she was product knowledgeable and service efficient. She knows her job well and responsive in my queries during my entire visit. Great job and keep it up!

Absolutely ridiculous staff at this branch. My mom had been a client for 60+ yrs & myself 30+ yrs & trying to open a simple cheque acct & treated with sorry not sorry "reverse racism". First day at branch; not enough identification to verify my acct in which I haven't used for awhile but had my mortgage with. Goes into the back & lady comes out requesting more ID. Come back next day with passport, driver's license & well all good ok sort of. Difficulties getting bank card to work. New bank card issued & bank teller needs an override for PIN & whispers to im assuming manager "yes I remember she was in yesterday".Then find out I needed to come back hours later for appt to open an acct because she has a meeting. Fine. I come back & smiled at her stating "I have an appt with you". She looks kaffufflled & then states, "let's just do it here". I go to the counter & give her my bank card & felt absolutely dismissed & disrespected & unregarded. Do not do business in this branch! I asked to speak to the manager. She goes into a meeting room & about 4 of them are all in there. He comes out & goes around to the counter, "I can help you here". Complete disregard. An argument ensued & I will never do business with Jacky Gong or Deirdre Tam. Reverse Racism absolutely ? %.3x's to try to open a simple acct. Rude staff!

Every time I go into this branch I wait at least 15 minutes to be served. There’s always tellers milling about, they look at me like they don’t understand why I’m there and then they go about their business. It seems like customers are not the priority here. I just made eye contact with 5 different people and no one made any attempt to help me.

You want to get humiliated in front of other customers and employees? Come to this branch! I was here to figure out why my POA status was removed from my mom's account. The teller told me there is no record showing I had POA on my mom's account, but he noticed there was some kind of notice sent to me while I was away during this pandemic time, and I didn't respond. That's probably why the POA status does not exist. Also the teller added that each branch operates independently, if you did not sign the POA here, go back to the branch where you signed to find the document. I thought everything should have been digitized nowadays? Apparently, not for TD.Then I said, "Shouldn't there be any kind of history at least to show the POA was there? Otherwise, what was the notice you sent to me for?" I then said, "This is very important to me." The female teller next to my teller burst into laughter and said, "If this is an important document, you should keep it!" in a very loud, mocking, and humiliating tone. I felt really embarrassed and utterly humiliated when she said that out loud because there were four employees and three customers around. And why was she listening to our conversation while serving other customers?If TD didn't have the POA from the beginning, then why did TD send some sort of notice to terminate my POA status as the teller had told me? Also, is it my sheer responsibility to keep the "IMPORTANT" documents, not TD's? Since it is my mom who authorized the POA, what gives TD the power to unilaterally remove the POA without my mom's consent? Even my McDonald's app can do better in tracking my spending and status.Feeling really really really disgusted.

I had a great experience yesterday at this TD Branch. Miranda and Anika were both very kind and helpful. They answered all of my questions, provided me with great advice, and helped me set up the accounts I needed. Thank you Miranda and Anika for the great service!

Have been there couple of times and in each one Karyn Wong has help me and my family. Always the service is 10/10 and has help me with all our requests. This is a good branch of TD!

I went to this location today to get a bank draft to purchase a vehicle for my family. They asked me to login with my client access card. They then asked me for identification. I provided my passport and my military identification. Two female workers whispered to each other and told me my I.D. was not on file and I was unable to get a bank draft. I then asked if I was able to withdraw cash and the said yes. They asked me how much I would like to withdraw and I replied...29 thousand. They then told me they could not provide me any money. I have never felt more like a second class citizen in a country i'm sworn to protect. The customer next to me felt this was outrageous and mentioned that I could take a bullet for my country....but was unable to spend my own money. The two female employees told me that my wife would have to come in to provide her I.D. and then they would entertain the idea. She arrived a few minutes later....at this time a young gentleman helped me and all he did was ask me a few security/confirmation questions regarding my account and there was no issues....he did not even ask to see my wife's I.D. My wife's mother had worked in this branch for years and has now retired. I felt judged by either the way I was dressed or the colour of my skin as to the reasons to deny services. I will seriously be considering changing all of my banking services to another organization in the near future.

I have been on hold for OVER 2 hours just to ask a question about my account with an annoying recording to continue to hold for next available specialist. This is terrible customer customer. TD needs to hire more "specialist" so customers don't wait hours being on hold. I will look for a New bank with better customer service!
