About TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM
TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM is known for its friendly and helpful staff, with many customers praising the excellent customer service they receive. The team is responsive, accommodating, and always willing to assist, making banking a smooth experience. The branch has a caring atmosphere, with managers and tellers going out of their way to support customers, including elderly clients who appreciate the respectful and considerate treatment. Customers highlight specific staff members, such as managers and associates, for their professionalism and personal care, especially during complex transactions like mortgages and large transfers. While service is generally fast and efficient, some customers note that waiting times can be slow at times, and the branch could benefit from adding chairs for seniors waiting in line. Overall, TD Canada Trust is highly recommended for its helpful team and positive banking environment.

I had incredible service at this branch. Lucas helped me open a chequing account that fit my exact needs, and never tried to upsell me. Another time I was having trouble with a transfer, but Lucas and his colleague helped me resolve it within minutes!

Service is good albeit slow sometimes. It needs chairs so that seniors can take a seat while waiting in line. It used to have a sofa
