THIS USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO BANK A FEW MONTHS AGO!!!!I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from TD bank in Richlea over the last few weeks, particularly the conduct of the manager.Unfortunately, not only did the service fail to meet my expectations, but the manager’s behaviour exacerbated the situation.I had a few business and personal banking issues (that I won’t state on a review for obvious reasons) that I needed assistance with. I had received terrible customer service from the staff and despite my attempts to address these issues with the manager, their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism was appalling.I believe that customers deserve respectful and competent service, especially from a manager. However, the manager’s conduct fell far short of this standard.

Terrible service here. Tried to change my debit card here and answered multiple security questions which were correct. My phone number didn’t match cause I changed cell providers. They continued to ask personal security questions over the Covid glass and everyone can here the information…. I asked if this is actually secure and asked for my cards back. What a joke. These workers don’t deserve more than minimum wage.

Absolute garbage service (although this is reflective of all of TD). I've had employees google their own services in front of me because they've never heard of them. Many cannot seem to answer basic banking questions or agree with each other about their work policy. You HAVE to do your own research and come into the bank with a plan because you cannot rely on the workers to help you, unfortunately.

Don't you have a zero star?I had been a customer at TD bank for 8 years and I had never felt so dissapointed at this branch. I was confused after doing a transaction and I asked to one supervisor that was assisting people at the ATM to clarify my receipt.She wasn't helpful at all. She didn't answer what I was asking.She just repeated what I already have seen printed in my receipt in a very rude way!She had a very bad attitude.This lady shouldn't be working in customer service. Please get another job if you are not willing to help people. That is your job lady!

Good luck coming to this location if you need help from an actual person. Reps are not knowledgeable of even their own systems, every time I'm in here the line is long and service is exceptionally slow even for simple matters. Great if you just want a nearby ATM but otherwise go elsewhere.
