absolutely terrible customer service, they wouldn’t let us access our safety deposit box and gave us a tough time while we had all the appropriate cards and identification

Had some banking to do and the line was very long.i reluctantly stepped out of the line to ask the first desk banker if I could use the rest room. And was told to leave and use McDonald's. I'll be closing my accounts down with this branch.
